How would you describe cult leaders and communities where followers are quite obviously following out of fear or wrong reasons not because they feel authencity but the other way around - they are lured in and manipulated?
Imho charisma is between follower and leader its never just “on to” leader so to say if you know what I mean.
I agree that there is always a personal connection element too. People connect when they have same values, or as you say fear/respect/focus from/on same things. Some super high vibration people might seem out of reach for the low vibration people. Therefore theyre gonna connect with those that seem familiar, for example those that lead based on fear.
